Default Sore feet

If you have sore feet, is it best to soak them in warm water, hot water, or cool water? Does it really make a difference? And should I add anything to the water?

I think that it is a personal preference. What makes them feel better?

Most people use warm water for soaking sore and tired feet. For tired feet, you can use a roller placed on the floor and just roll your feet back and forth for a few minutes; a small piece of wood, like part of a handle from a broom etc, should suffice.

Any particular reason that causes the soreness?

Are you walking around a lot more, or have you increased training, running etc? If you're running, do you have good running shoes?

They're just things to consider that may be the cause.
