What are you doing for Easter?

what are your doing for Easter? I am going to my brothers home. We will have a traditional Easter feast with ham, potatoes, rolls, salad , a veggie and dessert. Time for me to pig out. I just love Easter.

We always have a family get together, and have a special dinner.

Two years ago, around this time, I was receovering from donating one of my kidneys to my wife's mother (single incision method), and grandma bought 4 red rose bush plants to plant in our back yard. She said that each year that passes and for each bloom that presents itself, is the love and appreciation she feels, and when she passes she wants me to look at the rose bush and remember.

I was overcome with emotion and did not know what to say...

Fly from Atlanta to Houston, car trip to Lake Charles LA. Spend the night, have dinner on Sunday, and visit with the Wifes Family, then drive back to Houston. Check the flights back to Atlanta, and pick the best one to get back in time for work.

I'm already tired.

Spending time with family, going out for an awesome (steak bitches!) meal with them and having an Easter egg hunt because I'm still a child.

Wow Chillen that is awesome of you to donate your kidney. Good for you. That would be very emotional. A neat idea for sure.
