Turning this into a tutorial. Let me know everything the baby seems to be doing correctly.

--Knees angle matches toe angle.
--Tight back with as narrow of a hand grip as possible.
--Bar is directly over the feet.
--Depth is comfortably below parallel.

Head is up, chest is out, elbows are under the bar...

Great picture Steve. I may need to borrow it.

I have this one posted in the Fit For the King gym. I tell everyone entering that this is our goal.

What, nothing about victim looking fearfully in coaches' eyes?

Is there any quantifiable way of measuring how much one can squat parallel based on high squats? I know it's a daft question but could you even begin to guess what a 150kg 1/2 squat or 140kg 3/4 squatter could do at parallel or is it impossible to guess? I ask because (1) I could do 140kg a few (4-5) inches above parallel but only 130kg at parallel and (2) I often see people do 140kg and 160kg for 10-12 reps at anywhere between 1/2 and 3/4 and wonder what this would convert to.
