I eat the above quite a bit with a little salsa. Nothing like a little cool sour cream and avocado on some spicy beef.

Through the eyes, I feed the brain, and the last thing it ate was:

Education, and what it controls: what I think and what I will do.

Through the mouth I feed the body, and the last thing I ate was:

Self-Discipline, and eat the enemies of the self.

When it begins digestion and nutrition is absorbed:

I become educated in how I examine myself and in the contents of what I eat.

When digestion is finished and bowel is full:

I crap a self-controlled and self-educated bad ass, and become friends with the self.

When I flush, and observe its contents:

I know this is all I will ever need to nourish my personal goals.

Supplements:

Vitamins of the heart: in which brings good "reason"behind each goal, and provide the blood pressure to pave the path and fill the pot holes to my personal goals.

In this I fired being tired, and meeting my health and personal goal is hired.

For 50 years, my body has been self-sustaining.It has never needed outside assistance in medical terms to remain healthy; for which I am extremely humbled and grateful for.

I promise myself not to do anything "that I have control over" to negatively effect this self-sustaining balance. For this I will provide positive impact on what comes natural to the human body : Eating and activity, both in which I have control over.

Relationship with the iron: The Quiet Knight.

It reveals the depth of charactor in the young and in the aging. It reveals the moral reserves, one's internal contents, and in life, is one of the greatest teachers. For this I choose the "iron" as a life time partner. I will always receive what I have given it, and will not have to worry about it stealing anything as I walk this life.

When I eat these sorts of things, I have nothing to be concerned about.

I eat this everyday.

Cheers,

Chillen
