Butt Hurt

There aren't many things I know to be true in life, but I do know that when the phrase butt hurt is used in a conversation things rarely end well.

Agree, and I think I know what brought this on. Childish phraseology to say the least in a petty, artificial argument.

It's amazing how 2 people can twist the words of others and turn them into full-on wars, most of the time over trivial issues.

I feel like I missed something....
And I'm kind of butt hurt about it.

Interesting observation, BtB. It seems to be very true.

Well there is the exception to the rule.

I reckon I missed it as well...but this is okay :bootyshake: :D Strange that some of the other wording out there is considered "fun" even though I consider most of it inappropriate, yet "Butt Hurt" as, you say, is deemed bad.

I think the problem arrises when one party refers to another party as "butt hurt". Usually the other party gets butt hurt about it.

It's not an expression that has much currrency in the UK, at least at the moment. Doubtless we will import it gradually.
