Anyone training today (1st Jan 2012)?

So, has anybody trained today or have intentions of training today?

I'm hoping to get some KB-work in later, at least that was the plan yesterday :) Not entirely sure that it will come to fruition, we'll see.

Yup! Benches later!

Nope, I'd quite like to though, last night's meal was pretty indulgent! Back in the gym for squats tomorrow though.

Yes. Heavy deadlifts. 5 singles PR attempt.

No, not because it's New Years or Sunday, it's just a day off for me.

Tomorrow>deads.

Good luck.

Did some tireflips and band work this morning

I would if my stupid gym was open. I'm pretty annoyed that they think that new years is a good reason to close up shop today.

gaspers04 01-01-2012 11:06 AM

Making an attempt to.

ricka182 01-01-2012 01:56 PM

Yup. Mostly cardio on the treadmill...

60 minutes, 4.3 miles. About 50/50 walk run, up to 6.5mph...

Also, a quick circuit of lightweights to pump up a bit...

BigJosh 01-01-2012 02:01 PM

No. Just because it is an off day. If it wasn't an off day I would train, despite the fact that it's new years day.
