Goals 2012: A look ahead.
Figured I'd kick this off.
90-93kg equipped class.
To beat my 2011 package.
Short term (i.e. end of Q1 2012)
Squat - 250kg
Bench Press - 170kg
Deadlift - 260kg
Squat - 260kg unequipped
Bench - 227.5kg/500lbs equipped & 180 unequipped
Deadlift - 280 unequipped
650kgs total raw at nationals in April and then learn gear and move towards the same numbers as Fazc: 300/200/300. All at 100kgs BW.
450 squat. I REALLY want this.
To return to a more consistant schedule, and not have the layoffs I've endured this year.
To get back to some writing and contributing again as an active member of the forum.
Total:2500lbs any way I can.

Deadlift - 700 pounds
Squat - 600 pounds
Bench Press - 450 pounds
Strict seated military press - 350 pounds
Short Term Goals:
Press 250 lbs
Bench 350 lbs
Squat 450 lbs
Deadlift 500 lbs
Might be able to hit the press and squat now...
