My main goal is to get my torn gluteus medius fixed up as fast as possible to be able to lift heavy again, and i will let this take its time and do bb-type stuff and rehab meanwhile to add some size and flexibility.

When this is done, my goals for 2012 is

Squat - 200kg
Deadlift - 280kg
Benchpress -150kg
Strict Press -110kg
Powerclean - 140kg

Lets smash it!!

My main goals for 2012 are to:
Figure out what is wrong with my leg and hopefully walk again without a limp or assistance
Drop to 15% bf or less
Be able to do at least 5 unassisted pullups
Bench at least 350#

In that priority order.

Stick around 90kg maybe 100kg.

These are the goals I will be working towards in 2012, whether it's realistic to think I will achieve these in 2012 I have no idea but I will be giving it my all.
