Cereal. I could eat it morning, noon and night if I had my choice. Any kind of cereal is fine with me as long as i have milk to pour over the top.

Any high carb food. Love my pastas, rices, and breads. Lucky for me the wife does as well so I get to indulge on these almost every meal.

Since I've been spending time in Brooklyn and Manhattan I've discovered Halal food and it is like crack. I'm actually thinking of moving closer to the city just so I can get it easily, for now once a week is probably good as I'm sure it isn't the healthiest thing, but it is good.

Halal by definition is food prepared in accordance with Muslim dietary law. In actual application it is hella good cheap eat's. Spicy lamb, chicken , gyro , etc. over a bed of basmati or similiar rice, some salads, such as chick pea,etc. and covered in tatsiki sauce ( pretty sure I killed the spelling) or the red sauce or both. Can be found in restaurants or carts throughout the city for about $5-6 for a platter that fills even me up.
