I managed 26 seconds with 25 pounds. My left shoulder simply couldn't take any more.

I think if my left shoulder was healthy I might get 45-55 seconds. I can someone getting a minute, but after that it's superhuman for me.

Yep, thankfully, both my shoulders were fine, in that sense, but I was having trap/neck pain which didn't affect the lift and hold.

Did you use the palm face-up variant?

Yes. I was shaking a bit, but nothing intolerable.

My left rotator cuff gets tender from all the years of bad bench form, and if it would have held up...
