I really like this version, BTB. Thanks heaps for taking the time - it seems you've applied your knowledge of what I have at my disposal - and what I enjoy doing - plus this isn't a total deviation from my original structure.

I will work this up today. I might even perform Tuesday's routine as written, if this weather improves.

My only other query is the volume: 16 sets Monday, 19 sets Tuesday (or Wednesday?), and 16 again Friday. Is this another example of where I would do a couple of warmup sets for each exercise?
