I was good today:

I put all the plates back where I got them from
I wiped down the sweat (the remainder, I brought out on my t-shirt)

HAHA we do none of these things....great thing about a private gym. Leave weights all over, blood and sweat everywhere.

I learned to put my weights away after my 3 year old son broke his finger when a plate fell over. I felt horrible...lesson learned.

Could have been a ton worse. I think I would put my stuff up as well if a child was around.

And my wife bugs the hell out of me for the cuts I have

All fine points though, especially the warm up one. This is why Madcow is such a great program as you have numerous light(ish) sets before the big one. I always warm up with the bar on squats and bench anyway.
