Reminds me of a time when a buddy broke his bolt holding his leaf spring to the mount on his Toyota. We had no way to jack it up, so I stuck my butt into it and hip-squatted/deadlifted it up enough to unload the pressure and he replaced the bolt. He was deeply grateful until he noticed that I completely caved in his passenger side door

Mythbusters debunked the 5 second rule. There's no difference in contamination between 2 seconds and 6 seconds. What matters most is the texture and moisture of the food dropped. A dry M&M, not so bad. Lower total bacteria count. A raw hamburger patty, different story.

Back to the point though. Please insert this video into the "Functional Strength" thread and then let's hash it out. Deadlift vs. Machine Back Extentions.
