For me 2011 has been one long season of injuries, no goals achieved yet due to that but ive learned alot about lifting and what fits me. Added some good quality mass this year and gotten bigger while staying around the same bw (makes sense?)
Also got my powerclean to bw+ for reps (100kg) and got more flexible, and much better stamina and lung capacity from the gpp/conditioning work lately and from stop smoking 2 packs a day in january.

Expecting big things in 2012.

Currently still working towards my goals, which should hopefully culminate in achieving them at the world championships in November...

Squat - something over 240kg, even if it's 240.5, just to break the current world record
Bench Press - 160kg strict, would love to hit 180 touch and go soon-ish
Deadlift - 260kg, maybe 272.5 (600lbs) by the end of the year

Gonna be a tough few months.

Everyone here did some amazing work!

My goal for 2011 was to get much more serious about my lifting. Thanks to you guys here, and Abs getting me onto MAB, I am going down a good path!

One of my goals was weighing 85kg, which meant gaining 5kg, that happened surprisingly fast thanks to all the help I got, and I am weighing in at 90kg at the moment, next stop is around the 93kg mark.

Do something I really enjoy, I was studying things I liked, but not something I loved. Im about to start a job I am really excited for and next year I am starting to study something I really will love.
