why no knee wraps?

also, what type of suit did you use?
Yeah, I have been reading up and unless it's a full-blown rupture, surgery is rarely needed. I think it's just a class 2 tear based on the descriptions. Obviously I have not medical basis to back up that self-diagnoses. lol

I was competing RAW. I've never squatted with wraps or a belt. I figure if I'm gonna be raw, I'm gonna be RAW to the fuckin core!

lol

sometimes I think is seems like cheating with suits and wraps, but the older you get, the smarter you get. It's not cheating, it's prevention more than aiding.

I train without belt and knee wraps, but I really recommend using them when you go heavy.

My motto is avoiding them when building strength, use then when testing strength.

NEVVAAHHH!!

I actually got 2 online clients, started training again, and am trying to enjoy the fall (my favorite season).

And, I did actually try to put something out on Wednesday but WordPress was bein a bitch. I've got some video work to do for someone else, but hopefully I'll get something written for Monday.

Edit - Oh yeah, and some marketing/consulting for a supplement company. Fuck. I just realized I've got a lot to do! Hahaha.

Get to work!

Glad to hear you have some clients. Cash is always nice. And man, I'm a fall freak myself. Must be a Northern thing.
