At the supermarket my wife is (still) constantly attracted to low-fat products. Every week I have to remind her that they add in junk carbs and processed crap to make it taste better.

She works in an office with all women and they are so fat obsessed. It's a cult.

Wife: Oh look honey! This candy bar is 100% fat free! Whoopie!

Me: Yes because it's all sugar.

That's just too coincidental we were having the exact same conversation with a female friend earlier this morning, and it was her that brought up the high amounts of sugar in relation to low-fat goodies.

I went grocery shopping last week, and my wife asked me to get her some more greek yogurt. She said to get any of the flavors, as long as they were the 0% fat, because some of the flavors were 2%. I said "why? You know they just add carbs." She stopped and thought for a second and said "uhh, I don't know." She knows better, but the low-fat cult has gotten to almost all of us.

By the way, the 2% fat yogurts had a whopping 3g of fat per serving.

I bet the zero % is a hot seller.
