Best angle for form critique vids
 
I need to do a bench vid as I am really not sure that I bench corectly. I will only film one and was wondering whats the best angle, or if there is a specific angle that would be useless. I normally film everything side on, but dont know if this would be any good for a bench vid...

Look at my last video. All shot from diagonally in line with my right foot, reasonably low. You need to get it far enough away that we can see your whole body and the bar and rack. Also wear a light t-shirt that is reasonably tight so that we can check your arch and back set-up.
