I may be going to all home workouts. My gym is bought out and going to new rules. If they are to bi!chy I will just do all home w/o's. Just pick up more plates and get some Power Blocks.

This gym is the first time I used a gym. other wise I always w/o at home so it won't be a real huge big deal. Just won't have all the fancy stuff.

But at least you never have to wait for a piece of equipment to become free, and doing back to back exercises taking up several "stations" is also trouble-free.

However, still hope the new gym owners are okay.

Did you see that PowerBlock recently introduced a new "Heavy Weights" set? With the expansion they go up to 175lbs :D

And remember, working out at home you control the soundtrack and don't have to worry about waiting on Chatty Cathy to clear out of the equipment you want while she yaps on her cell phone, or other rage-inducing gym phenomena.
