Default Just so you all know

I may give the P/L on the site some jabs about there B/F% and eating. Please don't think it is serous or I'm not a promoter of not eating to make gains. If you have been around BB and P/L a long time you know its all in fun and just a P/L vrs BB long time debate and such.

Beginners PLEASE: Eating and good nutrition in crucial for both to make gains.

We love you Rich.

At the end of the day it's just about the iron, and respect for those that move it. All this other stuff is just interesting conversation.

The true thing that motivates me in life is when I see someone get it done. I don't care if it's a 1000 pound deadlift at 50% fat or 150 pound pro bodybuilder...they both deliver.

I want to share something that is a relic. Back in 2007 I came back from a long layoff from training. I was a sack of crap, weighing 310 with virtually jack squat for muscle. In exactly 100 days I turned my physique around.

Do you know what happened to me? I had an NPC level bodybuilder mock me because I didn't know how to pose. He also made fun of my transformation.

One of the reasons I started this forum was to provide a place for lifters to come to avoid that nonsense.

Respect. That's what it's all about.

Not all of us know everything. Not all of us have the same goals. But at the end of the day the question is, are we going to help others or bring each other down? Are we going to piss on others because they have different goals, or help them reach their goals?

This forum is about respect and encouragement. Always will be. I love all you sons 'a guns and want to see you succeed.

Back in 2007 I couldn't do 5 push ups, and my bench max was barely 135. I also struggled to squat 135, and had never deadlifted in my life. I was fat, weak and useless. Within 2 years I nearly had a 1500 total, natural, and had regained all my mass and then some.

All I care about is that each of us get "it" done, no matter what "it" is.

That's ok, Rich. We love you and respect you too...

But that doesn't mean we won't make the occasional good-natured jabs at you from time to time

Fantastic progress there Steve! As for the NPC level bodybuilder , there's always one...problem is they have no idea that a stupid comment could do the reverse and destroy a person, thankfully, it didn't.
