I tried turning it inside out but I can't get it anywhere near where it needs to be. I worked it for 20 minutes and it's simply too small for me. I can't get it up my thighs or anywhere near my hips.

It's made for a lifter 40-50 pounds smaller than me and it just ain't happening

How did I miss this thread!!!!!!! hahaha thats funny. If its super tight on the quad, take a basketball, deflate it, then put it in. Blow it up so that it stretches it. Might have some help that way.
