Default U Mirin, Coach?

Hey,
Fat guy here. Sorry I couldn't get the lighting right, but I don't think it would help all that much; I'm not 'shredded' like you.

...I don't have to fake a hernia and wuss out when it come to picking up a proper weight. Also, I only started deadlifting a few weeks ago... umad?

This is me. Cold. On a Wednesday night, and have not trained for over 24 hours.

Fat guys like me who train hard but typically don't get the props or the girls... we don't get many opportunities to gloat, but I gotta take this one for the side.

Hey Coach, my deadlift sucked too, but i listened when people told me what i was doing wrong, i didnt cry and act like a spoilt brat, and guess what it got better... Oviously still not at the lofty heights of your 221kg 1rm that you have never lifted, but Ill get the eventually umad lol

Maybe I will achieve "lat width" if I start doing pull ups...

So far not doing "lat width" exercises has hindered me.
