Back squats lost some of its allure to me, but front squats....wow.
Even though I'm trying to move up on the weights, I'm really liking them.
I can really feel it work my core which is an added plus.
My favorite lift are deadlifts, but front squats are making a quick move on them.
Anyways, this post has no point except for how awesome front squats are.

I hated front squats the first few times I tried them. Now, when I want to shock my quads,I call on the fronts. Guess what, next week there is gonna be a whole lotta quad shocking going on.

I like em! Great lift for core/ab work too, but dont use a belt while doing them, I got the tip to use it to improve my deadlift. Sounds resonable
