Deadlift For A Lean Body
I have found the deadlift to be a tremendous exercise for developing overall strength.
Ed Coan made a thread about this, too. i know that for me, a high-rep set of DLs gets my heart racing even faster than a high-rep set of squats. i still think squat is the more important movement, but when i'm trying to burn fat, i definitely incorporate high volume, short rest period sets of DLs
