Thanks. I hope no one takes this the wrong way. It's merely meant for situations where beginning trainees have been provided an effective workout, yet continually ask about making changes...such as can I add 20 sets of bicep curls on Wednesday, etc.

It's not meant to discourage training evolution.

It's more to discourage random, illogical additions.
