Some of my best innovations or thoughts for my Fit For the King clients comes in the wee hours of the morning. I, sometimes to the detriment of my vocation, find myself dwelling on "what's next" for my training or how can I help "so and so" improve theirs.

Except for the occasional reference for those who would not understand it the other way (training v. working out), I have take the word "workout" from my vocabulary. Does not apply to my goals.
