Thoughts of training will often actually keep me up at night. Usually it's someone else's training. What weights for her next workout? What assistance exercise could he do? What other way could I explain it to her, what drills could we do so she'd get it? And so on.

Thoughts of training others keep me awake, then I'm up at 0430 to snatch a quick breakfast and head to the gym to put it all into practice.

Nine to five it ain't.

I read somewhere that sitting on your ass and thinking about training burns more calories than just sitting on your ass.

I suppose it's possible.

This happens to me all the time. I have even dremt of training at times too... Thought I was the only one lol
