I train alone at an OK gym, nothing fancy, but not spit and sawdust either.

I was training in a proper spit and sawdust place once a week with a guy who preps people for comps and a couple of competitors, was a good learning curve... they were all good freinds with Flex Lewis and I got a fair few pointers from them. i wouldnt personally train the same way they do, but there were a few interesting ideas
