Train at home in the "Dog House," my garage (space heater for when it is really cold). I have power rack, pec deck, upper lower cables, 3 benches, leg ext/curl, home made reverse hyper, home made dip rack (old walker), about 450 lbs Oly plates, 95 lbs of 1" db plates, oly Ez bar, Oly db handles, 1" db handles, two oly bars, don't know rating ( not an issue yet). Pics will be forth coming.

Always wanted to say that Seriously though, it's true, home alone in the bedroom (spare bedroom, that doubles up for everything else it's required for).

I workout at 2 gyms, McKibben Gym at Ft. Carson and the Missile Defense Agency at Schriever AFB. Between the 2 I have everything I need/want (for now). McKibben had a great oly plaform/setup for deadlifting, lots of racks for squatting, and even some tires for flipping and some wheelbarrows for pushing. The MDA gym has a rack that's rarely occupied, unfortunately it's usually someone curling but they ususally understand that I need the rack to squat or press whilst they do not need it to curl and will move out, benches, machines (I use as little as possible, but when you;re rushing to get to work somethimes they're a lifesaver), and dumbbells. So, I'm pretty straight.

For some time I trained alone in my garage with my rusty old spinlock barbell and dumbbells, kettlebells and chinup hooks. A few clients still have that inflicted on them.

Nowadays I train at one of the gyms I work at. I get around half a workout every day just chasing my clients around, loading and unloading barbells, and tidying up weight plates at the end of each shift.

Then there's a full and proper workout with my stocky Hungarian training partner on Sundays and Thursdays, his deep Magyar voice encourages me to keep going. Plus he is ten years younger and has 20kg on me, this pushes me a bit.

Sometimes I'll do my own workout on Tuesdays, at a minimum I'll squat for whatever weight and reps I did on the Sunday, but after that I might try a few other exercises I don't normally do, I call it my Play Session.
