I am going to go do fasted cardio, take a nap, have a good shoulder workout, eat a deep dish pizza with my gf, and go to sleep.

I did 1/2 hour of fasted cardio this AM, then its my daughters netball teams new year party this evening (oh and i am at work in the mean time )
