I forgot to mention my family wants me to make home made pot pies tonight. I know they sound lame, but they are healthy and tasty.

Went to bed at 5am, on the last day of the year (today), got up at 4pm, had a good breakfast though. Not doing a lot, but may accidently pick up a weight, you know how it is

We usually do steaks on the grill. But tonight my sister is in town from Florida so she wants my specialty.

It's pretty easy. I take a pie tin and place a thawed pie crust on the bottom. I then mix cubed chicken, frozen peas, corn and carrots, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onion, salt, pepper, garlic, and massive amounts of cheddar cheese.

I stuff this mixture into the pie, and top with anther pie crust. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Then I pull it out and add more cheddar cheese, and sometimes top with spaghetti sauce.

I also make "Mexican" pot pies with hamburger, salsa, rich, black bean, Mexican seasoning, etc.

You can also do broccoli, chicken, cheese and cream of chicken soup for a little healthier version.

I'm being as lazy as shit today. I have zero plans. I am going to clean up the house a bit, put some stuff away. No workouts, no diet watching..today is a free day. I'll probably make some pasta for later tonight, which I'll need for the epic alcohol episode that will follow. Myself and a friend are joining the century club. I've actually done it already twice, but that was many years ago. Hmm, what is the century club you ponder? Simple. Drink one shot of beer, every minute, for 100 minutes. Just set a repeating timer to go off, throw back a shot and pour the next to be ready in another 60 seconds. The math says 100 shots = 100 ounces, divided by 12oz per bottle = 8.33 beers, consumed in 1 hour 40 minutes. We plan to start right at 10:20pm, to ring in the New Year in a complete stupor..

Yeah, this should be epic. Cheers!
