By the way, it is my goal to add every possible powerlifting exercise, as well as a complete kettlebell library.

So if anyone wants to write descriptions for powerlifting and KB exercises, I'll take them.

Also, I will be shooting videos for these in the coming months.

Thanks TL. Send me a PM with the forearm exercises you wouldn't mind knocking out.

As far as the Smith...I think we might have 1-2 per bodypart or so...

I am trying to include all exercises possible for two reasons:

1) As a reference.
2) As Google bait.

...or, to put it better:

First get them in the door, then convert them.

My ultimate goal is to make MAB a well known resource for all things lifting. I have very little time to invest in MAB directly, so this process is a bit slower than I'd like it to be.

But if I can make each exercise the best resource on the web, even exercises you and I will never use, then it will help to grow the forum, site revenue, etc. I have much more info I want to add to each exercise page, but for right now just getting up basic descriptions is a big thing. I also want to add tips, links to discussions, quotes, etc.

And we can introduce folks to what we believe in...which is hard work with basic lifts.
