Very true man..

Vices are just another beast to defeat, a little bit at a time. I tend not to drink as much, and I don't brew during the Winter, so that should help somewhat...

Who wouldn't want to gain 130lbs on the squat and Romanian deadlift, 60lbs on the bench,and 40lbs on the curl in just 4 months. At my level it takes me 4 months just to add 15lbs on any compound lift and 5-10lbs on any compound press.

Just another testament to your hard work and dedication. I'd love to be at that level man, someday I will be. I always look in awe at your avatar, just trying to count how many plates you're pulling there, absolutly amazing!
