Lifting Music

Not sure if there is a thread already about this or not and I apologize if there is I didn't take the time to search it. So what are you guys listening to when you train, if anything. I know some guys prefer no noise and others have a varied range of tunes. Just looking to update my training music. Throw out some of your favorites.

I love lifting to old school Metallica, Testament and Slayer. I'm talking about the first few albums by these groups.

I have a 4 CD rotation that I swap between.

I also have in rotation Metallica's newest album, as well as Garage Days Revisited.

Been cycling through Korn, Metallica, Rob Zombie, The Who, and Soundgarden lately. Although I've been experimenting with "music free" last few workouts.
