I've become a big believer in visualization, and about how important your mind set is when you are trying to achieve a goal. Im finding myself more and more self-talking, watching training videos, taking 5-10 minutes in the gym before my workout to sit and think about my workout and what im going to do..i truly believe that is has been helping me to where i wanna go and what i body im trying to achieve..i like the way that Kevin Levrone puts it:

before my workout i also do this d, ill take my pre workout ill get my weights set and ill visualize the lift for around 10 minutes
