The military was the toughest and most rewarding thing I've ever done. It gave me the confidence that I could do anything.

I want to thank my father for his unselfish service during Vietnam. He spent 2 tours. It was hard on him, but his courage taught me a lot about what it means to be a man.

Whoever you are, wherever you are. Let freedom ring.

Happy Veterans Day to all.

Glwanabe in Korea 1991. I loved my time in the Army. My Wife commented today how much she misses being around the Military.

+1 to all Vets! As much as I look back with a good amount of despise at the end of my service, I'll never forget all the good things and fun times I had.

GL, did you fly that thing, or repair it, or be the medic? Either way, that's pretty damn cool man.

I was a crewchief 67T, Tactical Transport Helicopter Repairer. I was in the 377th Medical Command, attached to the MASH unit at Camp Humphreys.
I also spent time in , Ft Huachuca, Europe/ NATO, and finally at Ft. Hood.

I stayed in aviation after I left the service.
I now hold 2 FAA ratings:

Private pilot, and Airline Dispatcher.
