10/26/10-maxes in lbs.

Deadlift-225
Squat-225
Bench Press-155
SOHP-130


Goals for 1/1/11 in lbs.

Deadlift-300
Squat-300
Bench Press-200
SOHP-185


Notes: I would love to meet these goals in a little over 2 months, I think Its possible, I will work at it and give it all i got, WIth the support from family and you guys/gals at MAB, I can do this
