Some background as to why I'm making a thread about it: My long-term goal in PLing is a 600lb Squat and 700lb Deadlift @ a max of 180lbs BW. Right now I'm running a program called Chaos and Pain. Link: ChAoS & PAIN: *ChAoS and PAIN - The Basics
As you can see, it's mostly heavy training and high frequency.
Now, I have had a lot of PLers tell me that the way I train is not optimal and so forth. Furthermore, they had doubts about me ever reaching a 700lb Deadlift while training that frequently.
I would like to draw your attention to posts #24 and #29 in that thread. Specifically (from the OP):
"I have no idea what Chaos n Pain is, but I squatted this morning for the 6th time this week and I'm just out on my way to deadlift for my 2nd gym session today, if that gives you any idea of how I train."
I'll let that sink in.
The guy is basically a Hooligan without even knowing about it, and he just unknowingly did something that a lot of people said was impossible. Furthermore, he is, to the best of my knowledge, natural.
