I like to think about the philosophy "Go Heavy or Go Home". This is my second blast for DC and it's all about strength for reps. I am constantly using my straps especially for my back workouts especially. I'm consistent with my workouts, and hold them at a high priority.

here is part of my most recent workouts
LT: BW x 15 RP
TT: BW+25 x 7, BWx8
LT: 315x6 SS/ 275x12 SS
TT: 335 x 5 SS/ 295 x 12 SS
For my back days i also have t-bar rows, rack pulls, barbell rows, and reverse grip lat pulldowns all which i use straps.

I've been training over 20 years and my blog is ranked in the top 100,000 in alexa. I use chalk mainly for bench press and Romanian deadlift. I train in the tropics with no air conditioning, so using chalk is a must.

Tues - 31 Aug 10 - Lower Body
Front squats: 10*135, 5*225, 5*275, 3*295, 3*315 (PR), 2*5*225
Seated calf raises: 10*90+BW, 15*135+BW, 12*135+BW, 4*10*135+BW
Deadlifs: 5*225, 3*315, 2*335, 1*355, epic fail at 365 which really pisses me off because I have done this with no problems!!! I have however isolated my issue with deads to my grip... my hands just simply give way to the weight when I fail at a rep. So, I'm gonna continue farmer's walks every lower body session and direct forearm/grip work every upper body.
Abs & Cardio:
Followed each set of abs with a 84' farmer's walk (80 lb DB in each hand)
warmup w/25 incl. situps on 2nd/middle rung, 25 side bends, and 25 ab wheel
16 incl. situps w/25 lbs on 1st/lowest rung, 50 side bends, and 50 ab wheel
16 incl. situps w/25 lbs on 2nd rung, 50 side bends, and 50 ab wheel
16 incl. situps w/25 lbs on 3rd rung, 50 side bends, and 50 ab wheel
10 incl. situps w/25 lbs on 4th/highest rung, 50 side bends, and 50 ab wheel

Reason why you should be chosen: Funny you ask, I believe it was at the age of 10 or 11 I was diagnosed with hyperhidrosis, which is a skin disease that makes me sweat unpredictably and excessively, mostly in the areas of my hands, feet, and armpits. I have had it since then and have been offered medication for it but the side effects of the medicine pretty well would kill the average person, so I just think Ill live my life with my sweaty ass hands, feet and armpits. So I kinda got a kick out of how it says "Feel Liquid Grip activate as your hands become sweaty creating an invisible grip like no other" this stuff is either going to work wonders for me or ill sweat the product off.
Last workout that I strapped up on: Deadlifts.
