Default Then and Now: Progress Pictures!

So I was going through old pictures and workout logs last night, and was actually pretty surprised at the progress I made over the last 1.5 years.

Here's some pictures for comparison:

First picture: January 1st, 2009
Second picture: July 16, 2010


First picture: February 23, 2009
Second picture: May 5th, 2010



First picture: March 27, 2009
Second picture: August 27, 2010



Lifts then: (with crappy form, lol)

Squat: 115x5
Deadlift: 135x5

Lifts now: (good form)

Squat: 205x5
Deadlift: 240x5

Bodyweight:

Then: 120 lbs.
Now: 113 lbs.

Let's use this as a thread to post our physique AND lifting progress over the last few years! I'm interested to see how far everyone has come!
