Default Monday gym rats confused

SO what do the Monday bench pressing, curl in the squat rack gym rats do after a long weekend? Do they bench on Tuesday, or take a week off?

They do abs and forearms tuesday, cardio wednesday (not to get overtrained), some halfassed back w/o thursday and finishes the week of with a highrep pec and biceps session before going out clubbing friday night, hoping the pump will stay for hours and tighten out their versace tshirts.
