no... what i like to do is diet all week long and bust my ass in the gym 7 days a week, but then eat so much **** friday and saturday that i cancel all my hard work.... this leads to me hovering around the same weight and very VERY very slowly leaning out...

gotta up the cardio dude! i'm tellin ya that's the secret ingredient you are missing. train hard, eat tons, and do long cardio sessions that way you can burn the fat with the extended period of time with the increased heart rate and still repair muscles with plenty of nutrition. it will work i promise......ready go i will time you.

you clearly arent following my log like you should be

i've started this week... i've done it probably 4-5 times this week for 20-30 minutes....

actually have seen some big results(well as big as they will be in one week)... hopefully my huge cheat didnt mess that up though....
