McDonalds, for the cheap cheeseburgers half a dozen of those is a perfect bulking lunch when youre in a hurry. Anyone knows the kcal for those?

Burger King has the best value bulking sandwich out right now. Was the $1 double cheeseburger, now it's that buck double (they just took away a piece of cheese). It's still $1 and it's a quarter pound double cheeseburger vs. the slightly smaller McDouble. I enjoy that KFC Double Down, but it's really salty, just flavor-wise it's salty beyond belief.

My vote would have to be Sonic - though there are none around here. Their breakfast toasters are on point plus the cheeseburgers and massive shakes.

McDouble - 390 cals, 22g protein

BK Buck Double - 410 cals, 25g protein & I think it just plain tastes better than McDonalds.

Wendy's IMO still has the best 1$ menu next to Taco bell.

Pretty soon I will issue a challenge to who can eat 2 of each of these :

Double Stack
Buck Double
Mc Double
Beefy 5 layer Cheesy Burrito
Double Down

And still live to tell about it.
In. Just let me know bro.

Wendy's Double Stack + Jr Bacon Cheeseburger = Triple Bacon Cheeseburger. A staple of my FF Lunch Bulk.

This is a Texas chain out of Corpus Christi. Good burgers, and breakfast. A little more pricey than other places, but not bad. A whataburger double is my weapon.

Burger Kings in Wisconsin sell the Triple Whopper. It used to be called the Gilbert Brown burger, named after the football player. Not sure if it's a regional thing though.

A triple Whopper with Cheese has 1168 calories alone.

We can get that here as well. A double whopper and I'm pretty full.

I can still eat more than a few slices of pizza however. In fact I recently, chowed down on about 8 slices.
