Default Resistance Bands

I'm looking to add some res. bands to my w/o. Lookin for some info into thee right direction, brands , color types,etc. I have some basic knowledge of them, just not enough to make a educated purchase, Thanks!

elitefts.com has good prices. also they have regular bands and mini bands.

if you view some of them they should have a link showing you the tension of each at each inch

I use these for my pitching exercises alot. As soon as you get one pm me and ill get you some info on the best movements for what your attempting to do.

some info on elitefts' short bands:

EFS Pro Short Band Strength

it list the tension and gives ways to use them.

im no band expert, but these make for a convientent way to do DLs with bands.... just have them around the bar and step into them.
