I fired up the old grill tonight and had about a pound of steak, maybe a little more.

Had a ton of broccoli to go with this, and then a piece of sausage for dessert. Good dinner.

well in the dinner timeframe of last night, 20 oz cup of whole milk, 1.5 lb wrap with bacon chicken roastbeef ham swiss and honey mustard, hamburger, uhhh... oh and for dessert I had half a pack (those big trays) of of nutterbutter cookies and some more milk. All in all, it was a good eating day for me.
