Lifting, Exercise and Nutrition Books

I'm looking to really flesh out the book section on MAB.

I'm looking for every decent nutrition and lifting book you own or can think of.

Thanks!

Here are three of my favorites:

Starting Strength - Rippetoe
Dinosaur Training - Kubik
Rock Iron Steel - Justa

May not be a popular pick, but

The Abs Diet
by David Zinczenko

don't know if it would be available to you, since it is from Men's Health, but they sent me this book when it first came out since I had been a subscriber for so long, and I have let a few friends borrow it and it has helped them overhaul their eating habits and helped them lose a few pounds.

not really related to "muscle" nor "brawn", but an interesting read IMO

It would be nice if you could work a deal with Elite FTS, Wendler's 5/3/1 is a great read, along with anything westside barbell.

This is mainly going to be a reference page, so any book that can be linked to can be added here.

Yeah, DT is a good book. I recommend it.

Nice that and 5/3/1 are the only books that have tweaked my interest too much

West barbell book of methods, and Lou Simmons Articles are good.
