Combo Protein Power for Muscle
Appreciate the articles but I HIGHLY disagree with some of the things mentioned.
Telling me that there is not benefit in consuming proten before/after a workout? Hmm weird.
I guess the next thing I will read is that adding fat into my shake will actually INCREASE the digestion process.
