Let me know if you need help with the calipers. I'm not perfect but I use them quite a bit. The real key is just hitting the same area week in and out so you know if you're gaining or losing fat.

I will man..thanks. I just need to get used to them. They are supposed to be easier to use by one person, I just haven't really looked at them too much... No book either with the %s, just this little wheel card that you spin to a certain point, and then you can read what % you're at. I'll post a pic, and the results later today..

Hmmmmm...... So the scale said 16.8%.. I used the Defender calipers and wonder wheel, and it said 16%...and then I used my old Accu-Measure calipers, and they said 17.6%.. ...and that calculator from the link says I'm at 15.8%...

Either I'm doing it wrong, or I'm a lot damn leaner than I ever thought.....

Maybe it is just because guys store more fat at the gut...I can make my waist 45" if I push a bit, or as low as 36" if I really suck it in. Just relaxing the way I would normally stand it's closer to 40-41"....

I'm going to check with my insurance and see if they will cover a body test of damn everything..BF%, weight, full bloodwork, test levels..the whole 9 yards..
