Default Favorite music/bands?

Alright, so I want to know what you all listen to when you're lifting!!

I have lots of favorites, though my top favorite genres would be metal, the blues, and classic rock. Here's a few of my favorite bands:

Blotted Science, Obscura, Immolation, Isis, Sleep Terror, Grendel, Psyclon 9, Cult of Luna, Baroness, Skepticism, Shinedown, Lunatic Soul, Amon Amarth, October Falls, Persefone, Fear My Thoughts, Full Blown Chaos,

I listen to Testament, Old Metallica, Slayer, SOD, Anthrax, Iron Maiden.

Testament is king for me.

I like it old and heavy. Just flat out charging, screaming and metal buzzsaws.

and thats just off the top of my head, i have a little under 11,000 songs on my zune and quite a bit more in my collection so it gets changed up regularly
