Default program for me?

i have nothing better to do tonight so i'll be making a program up.... just posting random thoughts for one as they come to me inbetween superbad laughs.

i want to do something like


sun:
mon:Bench
tues: Squat
wed:
thurs:Press
fri:
sat:Deadlift


i want it to be kind of a FBW and kind of focusing on one thing.... it sounds dumb, but its basically what im doing now and i like it

Personally I also like the idea of planning days around lifts instead of muscles

Squat Day
-squat (not sure of progression, maybe 5/3/1)
-squat lock outs (not all the time)
-rdl 3x5
-bb shrugs (yes, nothing to do with squat)

Bench day
Bench- 8,6,4,3,2,1, burnout---buckeye progression for now
Incline Dumbell Bench- 3x6-8 or 4-6 ????
BB rows-3x5

Dealift
Front squats- however i want to do them
Deadlift- very random reps
T bars- maybe go with these.... not sure.


Press Day
Military Press- however i want to do the reps
CGBP- however i want to do it
bb front raises???
Hang or Power Cleans

this is just a basic idea to show what i mean by it not really being a split.... needs a ton of work! just wanted to get something basic laid out

i never plan days around muscles.... have kind of planned days around lifts, but usually do full body.... this will be a mix of these two training styles... like a few lifts based arounf press and then some random ****.

Your'e right with "focusing" Any program that feels right should work as long as you have great focus in it. Now that sounds dumb, doesn't it. But I do believe it to be 100% true. Keep brainstorming man. Your body will let you know when it doesn't work.

i know this looks very wierd....

what are your thoughts on this program?

is there any body part im neglecting or are certain bodyparts getting too much attention?
