Need Feedback. Training Tips
I am doing a series of mini-articles explaining various training techniques.

So far I have giant sets, partial reps, negative reps, and will be adding supersets tomorrow.

Please add and lifting techniques that you feel should be explored on Muscle and Brawn.

I also have as "must adds" ...controlled fatigue, rest-pause, high volume, and training to failure.

I can not wait for these articles!! What about speed sets, like speed bench and speed squat??

Thanks Jwood. I posted a few of them on the front page. They are generally just basic overviews with some videos. But I hope they are at least somewhat informative.

I need to flesh out my article base on MAB with training info :)
